Problem

The company quickly identified a number of needs for those who wish to rent a property on a temporary basis in Argentina, such as that all the options to find properties on the internet are usually very basic and with very simple search filters. They do not usually show all the detailed information about the apartments, which does not allow effective purchasing decisions to be made with little data, and the user experience in these applications is not very intuitive, which results in users being demotivated when looking for the property they want and/or delays their search process.

Solution

Our solution starts by working closely with the client to understand their goals and objectives. We implement design flows that facilitate navigation through rental options, allowing users to customize their searches according to their preferences. In addition, we developed a recommendation feature that uses advanced algorithms to suggest properties based on the user's search history and preferences.

Results

As a result, we created an innovative application that meets the needs of users and fulfills the objectives set. Casabor's application allows users to find their ideal apartment for meetings or celebrations with their loved ones. Also, within it users can save their favorite properties, book for a specific date, leave reviews and many additional features.
