UXVerse Studio provides the following services:

• Branding strategies.

• Web development using no-code tools (e.g., Webflow).

The exact scope of each project will be defined in a formal proposal agreed upon by both parties.

3. Service Engagement

3.1 Engagement Process

• A detailed proposal including deliverables, timelines, and costs will be provided before starting the project.

• The client must approve the proposal in writing (via email or another agreed-upon medium).

3.2 Payment

• A 50% deposit is required to initiate the project unless otherwise agreed.

• The remaining balance must be paid before the final delivery of the project.

• All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Client Rights

• Upon full payment, the client will receive exclusive usage rights to the delivered designs.

• UXVerse Studio reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and promotional materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

4.2 Use of Tools and Templates

• For projects completed on no-code platforms, the client must comply with the terms of use of those platforms.

5. Timelines and Deliverables

• Project timelines will be agreed upon prior to starting the work and may vary based on project complexity.

• Delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of information or delayed feedback) may result in extensions to the agreed deadlines.

6. Modifications and Revisions

• We offer unlimited revisions to ensure client satisfaction within the scope of the project.

• Any changes that extend beyond the original project scope may incur additional costs, subject to prior agreement.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

• If the client cancels the project after work has begun, the initial deposit will not be refunded.

• In the event of a material breach of contract by UXVerse Studio, the client may be eligible for a proportional refund based on the work not completed.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the project.

9. Limitation of Liability

• UXVerse Studio is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or unrealized results from the use of our services.

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the contracted services.

10. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.

11. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

UXVerse Studio reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
